Tomtr\u00e4ttsavgiften h\u00f6js d\u00e4rmed under fem \u00e5rs tid fr.o.m. 2019, f\u00f6r att d\u00e4refter ligga fast p\u00e5 770 200:- de sista fem \u00e5ren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ny styrelsesammans\u00e4ttning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt konstituerande styrelsem\u00f6te som h\u00f6lls efter avslutad ordinarie f\u00f6reningsst\u00e4mma ser styrelse ut p\u00e5 f\u00f6ljande vis:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Monica K: ordf\u00f6rande. Nyckelansvarig samt fastighetsansvarig.<\/li><li>Christina D: ekonomiansvarig. Ansvarar f\u00f6r \u00f6vernattningsrummet.<\/li><li>Hanna GE: ledamot. Ansvarar f\u00f6r hemsida samt inkommande e-post.<\/li><li>Bonnie W: ledamot. Ansvarar f\u00f6r \u00f6vernattningsrummet.<\/li><li>Karin G: suppleant. Ansvarar f\u00f6r garage och parkering, samt dialog med f\u00f6rvaltare av garaget i f\u00f6renings\u00f6vergripande fr\u00e5gor.<\/li><li>Anders E: suppleant. Ansvarar f\u00f6r avtal. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Valberedning: Pontus L och Lars K.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nya brandvarnare <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som tidigare meddelats ska samtliga brandvarna i fastigheterna bytas. Detta d\u00e5 befintliga brandvarnare \u00e4r &#8221;eng\u00e5ngsbrandvarnare&#8221; d\u00e4r batteri inte \u00e4r utbytbara. Brandvarnare till samtliga \u00e4r best\u00e4llda och f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas levereras under juni m\u00e5nad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I samband med leveransen av brandvarnarna kommer styrelsen knacka d\u00f6rr hos samtliga boende.
